THOUGHT AT WORK DESIGN CONFERENCE

A flexible brand for a spunky student-run design conference that punches above its weight.

BACKGROUND
Thought at Work (TAW) is the professional-development design club at RIT.  Each year, they host a conference with speakers representing various design disciplines, bringing industry connections to students and crossing interdisciplinary lines. The 2024 conference centered around the theme word Synergy, inspiring our conceptual decisions seen below.
My role was Co-Design Director with Carina Johnson. She created the Synergy wordmark and I created the rest of the assets you see here. The project ran over the course of 8 weeks.
Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma,
Event Branding, Poster Design, Motion Design, Experiential Design
INSPIRATION
Drawing on the theme of synergy, we identified risograph printing as a medium where colors layered and worked in harmony.
